Yes we offer a 24 hour guarantee with all our window cleaning. If you are not 100% satisfied we will come back and reclean for free. A call out charge may be applied if we return to clean and we find it’s the inside of the windows that are dirty or the double glazed unit has failed and the dirt is on the inside of the unit. On every visit we clean glass, frames, sills & doors. Please note – There is always a chance of water and particles of dirt running out from the gap between the window and the sill after the operator has left your property. This doesn’t mean the operator hasn’t cleaned your sills. Over time the dirt trapped between the window and the sill will be washed out.
WHAT IS CLEANED IN A WINDOW CLEAN?

All frames, sills, glass and doors are cleaned in every clean. If you have any kind of cement, mortar, paint, silicone or sticky residue on your windows, these can NOT be removed with a window clean, this requires a more detailed and careful removal which falls under a different service due to the delicacy and risk of scratching the glass in which we will not take any responsibility for. We advise you to contact the person who has left this residue or cement substance on the glass to ask them to remove this first.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT AFTER MY FIRST VISIT?

Your windows, frames and sills should be sparkling clean. If your last window cleaner used soapy water and a cloth to clean your windows or your windows haven’t been cleaned for a long time you might notice a few spots or watermarks when the water has dried. This is totally normal, the pure water draws out left over soap residue and dirt from the frames. After the second or third clean your windows should be sparkling clean.

WHY HAVE YOU LEFT MY GLASS WET?

We use pure filtered & deionised water to clean your windows. This involves the use of a carbon fibre telescopic pole, a soft brush and 100% pure water which we have filtered through a five stage filtration process. We remove the dirt from your windows with a purpose made window cleaning brush then rinse the glass. The pure water is left on the windows to dry naturally.
HOW DO I PAY?
I BELIEVE YOU HAVE DAMAGED MY WINDOWS

Our window cleaners do not accept liability for damage caused by decorative or structural defects at your property, such as, but not limited to, ill fitting windows, doors, fascias, guttering, window/conservatory trims, unsecured windows and doors, leaking seals, loose stuck on lead, decorative bars stuck on glass, rotting frames, flaking paint, open/broken trickle vents, etc.

Our window cleaners accept no liability for decorative bars coming loose or falling from the exterior of the glass. If these bars are correctly installed our brushes will not damage them in any way. If they do become loose or fall off it’s because the adhesive is not bonding correctly with the glass. This is because over time the double sided tape used to stick the bars to your glass loses it’s adhesion.

Scratched window sills: Over time your upvc window frames will start to oxidise and slowly lose their colour. Your windows sills will be the most effected. When we are cleaning your windows our brush head which is made from soft plastic with nylon bristles may remove some of the oxidation. This may look like scratches but in fact it’s just where the grey oxidation has been removed. We will not be held responsible for returning your windows back to “as new” condition.

Scratched glass: The brushes we use are specifically designed for window cleaning and are made of a soft plastic head stock with nylon bristles. There is nothing on the brush which can scratch your glass. There are no metal parts on the brush. If you feel that we have caused damage to your glass we will bring over a brush and ask if you can scratch the glass again. If you succeed we will pay to replace the glass.
DO YOU CLEAN HOUSES WITH NO GATE ACCESS TO THE REAR?

If you have no gate for rear access we can still offer our window cleaning services to you but it may have limitations. Due to past insurance claims we no longer bring our hoses through the main part of customers houses. We can however bring hoses through garages or utility rooms with hard flooring. If you’re not home on the day of the clean we would just clean the front windows.
